My Electric Lift won't move up or down (Back-mounted Electric lift)

If your electric lift sewing lift is in the top position and will not move up or down when the buttons are pushed, check that the rubber stop on your electric lift is open. You'll find this under the platform on the left metal shaft of the electric lift-push the tab to the right to open the stop.
